  • For this, you lay a mat. Lie on your back on this.
  • Keep a distance between your two feet.
  • Now bend both your feet from the knees and keep the soles on the ground. 
  • After this, raise your body and shoulders.
  • Try to touch the heel of the left foot with the left hand.
  • After this, touch the heel of the right foot with the right hand.
  • You can do this exercise in 20 sets.
  • Do it slowly in the beginning. Later you can increase its time also.

3. Burpees- Burpees
  • Burpees are a full-body workout that can help build abs.
  • Apart from this, extra body fat can also be burned by doing burpees exercises.
  • For this, you stand on the ground. Keep your feet at shoulder width.
  • After this, bend your legs from the knees and bend towards the front. 
  • Place both your hands on the ground on the same level as your shoulders. 
  • Now jump and stand straight and take your hands up towards the sky.
  • Then bend the legs at the knees and keep the hands down.
  • You can practice this exercise for 5-10 minutes. 
  • In the beginning, doing burpees may seem a bit difficult, but gradually you can do it easily.

4. Lying Leg Raise- Lying Leg Raises Exercise
  • Lying leg raise exercise can help in reducing the extra fat in the legs and abdomen.
  • To do this exercise, first of all, lie down on the ground.
  • Keep both your hands straight and place them under the thighs.
  • After this, raise both your legs up. 
  • In this position, both legs will remain at 90 degrees. Then slowly bring the legs down and come to the normal position.
  • This will improve blood circulation in your body. It will also help in reducing belly fat.
